Reporting to the Director of Business Development, CRE Technology, you will work together to expand our existing market reach. You will be required to create potential sales pipelines and routinely update management on your outreach efforts. In addition to outbound sales, this position will be expected to assist with creation of marketing campaigns and marketing materials, as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Cold outreach via phone, email, and social media will be key to develop a pipeline of potential clients for Xandar Kardian. • Speak with potential clients in the RealTech space and diligently follow up. • Maintain knowledge of our competition and understand their offerings. • Assist with the creation of sales pipelines. • Routinely update management of outreach efforts. • Develop marketing outreach campaigns and marketing materials based upon your intimate knowledge of our products and the market demands. • Learn how to read complex engineering drawings and understand how Xandar Kardian sensors could be deployed in our clients’ spaces. • Assist with existing account management by scoping new projects, attending routine update meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained. • Alert management of any potential issues with clients and help to develop solutions to resolve them.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-2 years customer service in any industry. • General understanding of the real estate industry. • Technical aptitude to understand complex drawings. • Can do attitude and a willingness to learn. • Ability to work independently. • STEM type bachelor’s degrees preferred, but candidates without degrees will be considered.

Senior Manager, Finance
Job Over view - Senior Manager, Finance
A successful candidate will be responsible for using analytical tools and judgment to analyze financial and non-financial data as well as interpret the numbers in order to provide support to the senior management FP&A in their strategic and tactical decision making. The candidate will also provide support to the multi-year forecast, budgeting and strategic planning processes as well as supporting growth initiatives in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting and analysis to support on-going internal and external reporting requirements, including month-end journal entries, FTE analysis, bank and account reconciliations. • Prepare, review and submit monthly and/or quarterly Financial and Statistical Reports to external stakeholders. • Partner with the business to develop and enhance the operational financial planning process for monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and strategic planning. • Review, analyze and report consolidated financial information and forecasts; gross margin analysis, overhead and operating expense analysis; cashflow analysis, and capital expenditure. • Manage inventory forecasting and related business drivers including receipts, inventory warehouse movements, inventory adjustments, shipments, production, consumption, and calculation and analysis of inventory variances. • Forecast reserves for inventory provisions on the basis of business changes. • Work CFO to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish mechanisms to measure performance against KPIs on an ongoing basis. • Improve financial models and business intelligence tools to enhance and streamline existing processes to compile, analyze and report on monthly financial results. • Develop financial models to support growth objectives and to analyze the impact of changes to business drivers and costing rates on business unit performance. Prepare historical trend and run-rate analysis to evaluate potential opportunities for savings and risks in meeting current forecasts. • Assist in preparing presentations in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the Company. • Support the budget process from planning to finalization with direction from the Director of Finance. • Prepare and analyze monthly variances between budget and actual financial results; present accurate, complete and timely analysis to management to support decision-making.
Experience, Education and Designations:
• 5+ years of FP&A • MBA, CFA or CPA designation preferred • Solid understanding of accounting, corporate finance and proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to influence, lead, and secure cooperation. • Experience in leading and driving change through a finance team. • Excellent analytical skills. • Excellent prioritization, time management, and project delivery skills. • Understanding of internal controls. • High level of proficiency in MS Excel. • High level of proficiency with integrated ERP systems. Reporting to the Director of Technical Operation, you’ll own the success of the installation and commissioning process across our customer’s sites. Working closely with our installation partners, you’ll schedule and coordinate the deployments to ensure our sensors are installed properly, come online on time and as prescribed. You’ll be the front line communication between Xandar-Kardian and our installation partners on the ground to provide visibility into installation progress, troubleshoot any changes and be accountable for the installation’s success. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the technical enablement of existing and new channel partners, ensuring those partners are well equipped to sell, install, and support our technology solutions
In this role you will:
• Own and drive successful installations across all customer projects. • Become a subject matter expert on installation and commissioning process, and best practices when working with our partners. • Communicate installation status and schedules across multiple projects at a time to keep internal and external parties informed. • Escalate troubleshooting needs and rally the organization for support and resolution. • Contribute, document and lead constant improvement on our Implementation Methodology by identifying and implementing process improvements and/or changes. • Become an expert on Xandar-Kardian’s solution set, sufficient to train and enable partners to scope, plan, install, and maintain the solution. • Organize and deliver enablement training and resources to channel partners.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for phone, email and calendar management including scheduling of all meetings, coordinating visits with internal/external contacts, coordinating events, booking appointments, and travel arrangements for the Chief Executive Offier and the Chief Financial Officer. • Updating Executives daily checklists. • Prepare or modify documents such as legal documents, internal and external presentations, correspondence, reports, memos and emails. • Assist with special projects as assigned. • Display sensitivity to tight deadlines as well as to multiple and changing priorities. • Preparing for meetings, including determining internal deadlines and coordinating material for review by appropriate executives, taking minutes, formatting and posting final material. • Process invoices, track expenditures and maintain records. • Workflow management – first point of review for invoices, purchase orders, lease deals, ensure correct persons review and enter invoices into Nexus once approved and follow up with outstanding invoices. • Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters as part of daily administrative duties. • Follow up and act as a liaison with various individuals both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization. • Coordinate and complete various special events (e.g. town halls) and projects/assignments as required. • Coordinate conferences, booking conference rooms/meeting rooms /arranging for catering services and technical equipment and materials as appropriate. • Other administrative support such as filing, faxing and photocopying as required.
